One must be careful though, LAKSHMI is not a faithful (Chanchal). Leaders often forget that success is drawn not to them but to their action. The crown follows the position not the person. To keep LAKSHMI walking towards you all the time, it is important that a YOU (leader at home, service, business) always stays a Vishnu– always balanced, always focussed, always impartial, always detached.
In short, be like Vishnu (A Perfect Leader) not like Indra (King of Gods)..... and Lakshmi (Dhan) will follow you and be with you.
